Baked Cheese Cappelletti

This is a fantastic and super easy meal to make. This meal freezes extremely well and can be kept for months in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg Ravioli, cheese
1 pkg Cream cheese, softened
1 jar Spaghetti sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Other types of cheeses

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the ravioli on the stove as per directions. In a casserole dish, heat the marinara sauce in the microwave slightly. Stir in a handful of freshly chopped parsley. When the ravioli is cooked, add cream cheese to the warm marinara sauce and add the hot ravioli (drained) to the casserole dish. The hot pasta will help melt the cream cheese to incorporate with sauce.

When sauce, cream cheese and pasta is well mixed, layer the cheeses on top. Put as many types of cheeses as you like.
If you’re going to freeze the meal, this is the point to seal it up well to prevent freezer burn. Other wise proceed to cook it.

Put in oven at 350 F for approximately 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Note: Ravioli can be substituted for any type of stuffed pasta.
