Every weekend I feel like I spend Saturday trying to recover from my week and Sunday trying to set myself up to take on the upcoming week. I’ll do every little thing I can to save myself some time later in the week.
When I am folding and putting away laundry, I’ll put outfits together on hangers so I have them ready to go in my closet. I’ll even go as far as to hang a pair of clean underwear, socks and a camisole so I have everything I need. This saves me a lot of time in the morning if my outfits are already matched up and ready to go.
I also have tend to buy my clothing in a similar colour palette. This helps with matching as everything tends to go together. A lot of my bottoms are black so I have an easy time matching them with my tops. This is also a great way to save money on your wardrobe. You have a few classic pieces that all match together.
Other time saving suggestions for your wardrobe also include buying items that require little or no ironing and watch out for those dry-clean only tags.
